Use, Maintenance and Repair
After the power distribution box is installed or overhauled, the following inspections and tests must be carried out before it is put into operation (the inspections and tests after the overhaul depend on the nature of the overhaul).
1. Check whether the electrical equipment and secondary wiring inside the power distribution cabinet meet the requirements of the drawing.
2. Check whether the knife switch and air switch used for operation are flexible, and there should be no jamming.
3. Check whether the contact of the installed electrical equipment is good and whether it meets the requirements for the use of the electrical equipment itself.
4. Check whether there are other foreign objects inside the power distribution cabinet and whether the solid screws of each part are loose.
