KYN28A-12 Alternating-current metal clad enclosed withdrawable switchgear (herinafter referred to as switchgear) is applicatble for three phase power systems of AC50Hz, used for electric energy receiving and distribution, it controls, protects and monitors the circuits. It complies with the standards GB3906 alternating-current metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 3.6kv and up to and including 40.5kv, GB/T 11022 common specifications for high-voltage switchgear and controlgear standards, IEC60298 alternating-current metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltage above 1kv and up to and incloding 52kv.

Service conditions:

Ambient air temperature: -15C-+40C; Relative humidity: Daily mean≤95%, and daily mean of water vapor pressure < 2.2kPa; Monthly mean≤90%, and monthly mean of water vapor pressure < 1.8kPa; Altitude:≤1000m; Seismic intensity: not beyond Ms8. Ambient air should be free of pollution of corrosive or flammable gas or vapor; No obvious vibration; Any special requirements beyond the GB3906 stipulations can be setled through friendly negotiation.

Structure features:

The structure of the switchgear is shown in the fllowing figure. The al-metal modular assembled structure is made of imported anti- -corrosion aluminum- -zinc plate; it does not need surface treatment. It is processed by CNC high-precision equipment and adopted advanced multifold technology, and it is connected with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, which is featured with high precision, light weight and good strength. The switchgear can be equipped with ZN63A-12(VS1) series, VD4 series and ZN65 series vacuum circuit breakers produced by the company, which has wide adaptability and interchangeability. The handcart has work position and test position, each position has positioning and display devices, which is safe and reliable. The cable chamber can contain up to 9 single-core cables with reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices, which fully meet the requirements of "five preventions", each chamber has pressure relief channels to ensure the safety of operators.
