(2) The way in and out of the cable (busbar) should meet the design requirements.
Structural Construction:
(1) Components in each cabinet, such as busbars, circuit breakers, voltage transformers and outgoing cables, should be separated.
(2) The circuit breaker room should be composed of a steel plate closed unit with the necessary devices for the pull-out movable part. The movable elements of the same parameters should be interchangeable, and other elements with the same parameters and structure can also be used. exchange.
(3) The metal shell and partition of the cabinet should be grounded reliably, and the rated value of the grounding conductor and the grounding switch should meet the requirements of rated short-time and peak withstand current. The current density of copper conductors should not exceed 200A/mm2.
(4) The isolation plug in the moving position should withstand short-circuit impulse current and ensure good contact.
(5) When pulling out the trolley, make sure that the isolation plug is disconnected. The openings in the partitions are automatically closed to prevent access to live parts.
(6) The components in the switch cabinet should be equipped with interlocks. The trolley can only be pulled out when the circuit breaker is disconnected. The grounding switch and the circuit breaker should be interlocked reliably. For the operation of the grounding switch, there should be a clear indicator to indicate the outlet side. There is no voltage, and the circuit breaker is open to prevent misoperation.
(7) The cabinet shell should be made of metal, the shell should meet the requirements of the protection regulations, and neither the floor nor the wall can be used as part of the cabinet shell (the bottom of the cabinet should allow two cables to pass through and be used as terminals, such as rubber pads, etc., above the bottom The cable room should have enough installation space to install large-section cables and zero-sequence current transformers).
(8) Doors and covers for normal maintenance shall be opened without hand tools, but shall have interlocks for operator safety. In addition, special padlocks should be provided.
(9) If there is an observation port on the casing, it should have sufficient mechanical strength and should consider the safety distance between the casing and the electrical components and electrostatic shielding measures.
(10) The air hole or exhaust port should have the same safety level as the shell.
(11) The separator should meet its protection standards, and the insulating separator should be able to withstand the power frequency withstand voltage test. There should be enough air space between the main circuit and the insulating partition to be able to withstand the withstand voltage test of 150% of the rated voltage.
(12) The busbars in each cabinet should be installed in a separate busbar compartment. The busbars and cables can be connected with copper tape. The phase sequence is the first phase L1 (indicated in yellow), the second phase L2 (indicated by Indicated in green), the third phase L3 (indicated in red) goes from top to bottom or left to right or inside to outside.
