Aly-gtxgn-12 solid insulated ring network switch equipment is a new generation of environmental protection composite insulated ring network cabinet developed by our company. It is a fully sealed power supply unit, all live parts and switches are fully sealed in an epoxy plastic shell, no SF6 gas in the shell. The whole switching device is not affected by the external environment, ensuring the reliability of operation and personal safety, and realizing maintenance-free.

Solid insulated ring network cabinet consists of three components, namely V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (load switch unit),F unit (combined electrical unit), each unit can be used alone or can be expanded freely, its structure is divided into intelligent control instrument room, operation mechanism and primary part, instrument room can be equipped with microcomputer protection (controller) , a part adopts automatic gel process of APG, the isolating switch and the arcing chamber completely enclosed in the epoxy resin, and a special joint is connected to a bus, arc extinguish chamber adopts special copper and chrome contactor material, type R and longitudinal magnetic field contactor, and complete a sealing process, the arcing chamber breaking short circuit current capacity and stability, electrical life, temperature rise and insulation level than before the arcing chamber (copper-aluminum contact material, cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, and incomplete primary sealing and discharge process) have been improved significantly. Operating mechanism with switch with one of the bomb operating mechanism, that is, the isolation switch and the main switch bomb operating mechanism as a whole, can facilitate the realization of interlocking, and fewer parts of the mechanism, reduce unnecessary transmission links, high reliability, and according to the needs of users to achieve electric operation.

Solid insulation fully enclosed switchgear is to use solid insulation dielectric and electrical connection, isolating switch, grounding switch, mistress, branch bus and main electric circuit of the single or combined with solid dielectric coated after encapsulation for one or a few has a certain function, can be combined again or extension features full insulation, the sealing performance of the module.

Ring network unit is suitable for 12kV, 50Hz three-phase AC power distribution system, used for ring power supply or terminal power supply.
