8 Installation Requirements For The Complete Set Of Power Distribution Device Cabinets

1、 Basic requirements for installation
1. The installation verticality, levelness, allowable deviation, position error and unevenness of the foundation section steel, and the top surface of the foundation section steel should all comply with the regulations. The grounding of the foundation section steel shall not be less than two positions.
2. Distribution cabinets installed in vibration areas should take anti vibration measures, such as ordinary rubber pads, anti vibration springs, etc.
3. The distribution cabinets are installed in the same room, and the colors of the frequently monitored distribution cabinets should be coordinated and consistent. The grounding of the cabinet should be firm and reliable to ensure safety. Openable doors equipped with electrical appliances should be reliably connected to a grounded metal frame using bare copper flexible wires.
4. Install the box on the foundation steel according to the numbering sequence, and then align it horizontally. The allowable deviation of verticality and mutual connection deviation for the installation of panels and cabinets should meet the requirements.
5. When multiple counters are installed in rows, they should be leveled and aligned one by one, and the gap between cabinets should be adjusted to approximately LMM
6. After the installation of the cabinet, each cabinet should be separately grounded with the foundation steel and the standard number of poles of 40; PE or connect to the zero connection to ensure that the cabinet is firmly grounded and in good condition.
7. After the installation is completed, conduct multiple retests, keep records of cabinet installation, and wipe all equipment clean.
2、 The installation of high-voltage switchgear requires that the structure of the high-voltage switchgear include fixed and mobile (trolley type). The installation requirements for ordinary detachable (handcart) switchgear are:
1. Check if the "five prevention" devices to prevent electrical misoperation are complete and their actions should be flexible and reliable;
2. The handcart should be flexible and lightweight, without jamming or collision. Handcarts of the same model should be interchangeable;
3. After the handcart is pushed into the working position, the gap between the top of the moving contact and the bottom of the stationary contact should meet the requirements;
4. The secondary circuit connection plug-in between the handcart and the cabinet should have good contact;
5. The safety isolation board should be flexibly opened and move accordingly as the handcart enters and exits.
6. The grounding contact between the handcart and the cabinet should be in close contact. When the handcart is pushed into the cabinet, its grounding contact should come into contact before the main contact. When pulling out, the grounding contact should be disconnected after the main contact.
3、 Installation requirements for low-voltage distribution cabinets: The structure of low-voltage distribution cabinets includes fixed type, drawer type, and combination type. Installation requirements for ordinary drawer type distribution cabinets:
1. The drawer can be pushed and pulled flexibly without jamming or collision. Drawers of the same specification should be interchangeable.
2. The electrical and mechanical interlocking actions of the drawer should be correct and reliable. After the circuit breaker is opened, the isolation contact can be separated.
3. The secondary circuit connecting the plug-in between the drawer and the cabinet has good contact.
4. The drawer has good contact with the cabinet body, and the cabinet body and frame are well grounded. The electrical installation of the distribution cabinet is also good.
4、 The installation of electrical components in the distribution cabinet requires good quality, model specifications that meet the design requirements, intact appearance, complete accessories, neat arrangement, firm fixation, and good sealing. Each electrical appliance should be able to be disassembled and replaced separately without affecting the fixation of other electrical appliances and wiring harnesses; Heating elements should be installed in a place with good heat dissipation, and the connection between two heating elements should use heat-resistant conductors. The melting specifications of the fuse and the setting value of the circuit breaker should meet the design requirements; Signal lights, light panels, bells, and emergency clocks with the same signal path should be accurately and reliably displayed
