14 major maintenance contents for low-voltage distribution cabinets

1. Daily maintenance cycle: Once a month, even when busy.

1. Check whether the capacitor shell inside the capacitor cabinet is intact, whether there is any leakage or expansion, and whether the indicator light is intact.

2. Check whether the cable joints are heated or discolored, and whether the grounding wire is rusted.

3. Check the contact condition of the grounding wire of each capacitor shell.

4. Do a good job in cleaning and dust removal of each cabinet.

5. Maintenance cycle: Every six months.

6. Check whether the connection between the busbar and its down lead is firm and reliable.

7. Inspection of capacitor cabinet: When the air switch is disconnected without a capacitor, perform an action test on the capacitor controller. Adjust overvoltage protection, undercurrent protection, and switch thresholds.

8. Check whether the secondary circuit wiring is secure, whether the fuse is intact, and whether the insulation resistance is shaking.

9. Check whether the indicator lights of each cabinet are normal, whether the controller switch position is normal, the operation should be normal, and whether the mechanical interlocking part of manual debugging is reliably closed.

10. All indicator lights should be in good condition. Check and adjust circuit breakers, leakage circuit breakers, thermal relays, time relays, etc.

11. Check whether the elasticity of each blade in the circuit breaker is normal and whether the arc extinguishing device is intact.

12. Check whether the drawer switch is flexible when pushed in or out, whether the mechanical locking is reliable, and whether the contactor contacts are intact.

13. When the main switch of the receiving cabinet and contact cabinet is powered off, use a dedicated crank rocker to shake them out or in. The secondary terminals such as transformers have good contact, are fastened without looseness, and the primary and secondary wires are free from mold.

14. Check if the wiring nuts of each cable head are tight.
