Anti static electricity refers to preventing the generation of electrostatic fields through certain means, reducing or preventing the generation of static charges, building a safe electrostatic discharge path, quickly, safely, and effectively eliminating the generated static charges, and avoiding the accumulation of static charges. So how to prevent static electricity in prefabricated cabins?

1. Set anti-static Earthing system

Discharge of static electricity to the ground is a main method to eliminate static electricity. In order to ensure rapid, safe and effective discharge of static electricity, an anti-static Earthing system should be set up. The conductors in electrostatic protection work, including personnel, must be connected to a common ground so that the potential of the conductors and personnel is the same.

On the lower layer of the electrostatic floor of the prefabricated cabin, a dedicated copper plate is laid according to the layout direction of the screen cabinet, and the head and tail of the dedicated copper plate are connected to form a secondary equipotential connection network inside the prefabricated cabin. The grounding terminal and cable shielding layer of the secondary equipment are connected to the grounding copper bar of the screen cabinet using a yellow and green dual color grounding wire. The copper cable used for the internal grounding copper bar of the screen cabinet is connected to the secondary equipotential grounding network. The secondary equipotential inside the cabin is connected to the main grounding network outside the cabin using four copper strip cables at one point, so that the prefabricated cabin and the equipment inside the cabin are at the same potential as the ground, thereby accelerating the discharge and discharge of static electricity, Effectively and smoothly release the static charge of charged materials to avoid the accumulation of static electricity.

2. Anti static floor

The anti-static ground is the key part of anti-static in the Internal environment of the prefabricated cabin. The selection of anti-static floor types should not only meet different production processes and usage requirements, but also undergo comprehensive economic and technical analysis and comparison.

3. Strictly control the cabin Internal environment

Anti static materials and static dissipative static electricity are closely related to the temperature and humidity conditions of the environment, and can be controlled through an air conditioning system. To suppress the generation of static electricity. Due to the electronic equipment installed in the prefabricated cabin, condensation can easily occur under high humidity, causing circuit short circuits. Therefore, full consideration should be given to factors such as temperature coefficient, interstage short circuits, and leakage of electronic components, and the temperature and humidity inside the prefabricated cabin should be reasonably set to suppress the generation of static electricity. In addition, the flow of dust through the air can generate static electricity, so operation and maintenance personnel should try to remove dust from their clothes, shoes, and hats before entering the prefabricated cabin; Equipment and floor surfaces should be regularly cleaned to avoid dust accumulation.

4. Human static electricity protection

During the operation of the substation, operation and maintenance personnel must wear anti-static work clothes and shoes before entering the prefabricated cabin. Operators must wear anti-static wristbands and have close contact with their wrists; When the product comes into contact, the anti-static wrist strap should be connected to the electrostatic discharge grounding main line.
