Classified by voltage level
It can be divided into high-voltage switchgear and low-voltage switchgear. Among them, AC1000V and below are called low-voltage switchgear (such as GGD, GCK, GCS, MNS, etc.). AC1000V and above are called high-voltage switchgear (such as XGN15, KYN48, etc.). Sometimes the voltage in the high voltage cabinet is AC10kV as medium voltage cabinet (such as XGN15 10kV ring main unit).
Classified by voltage waveform
It can be divided into AC switch cabinet and DC switch cabinet.
Classified by internal structure
Can be divided into withdrawable switch cabinet (such as GCS, GCK, MNS, etc.), fixed switch cabinet (such as GGD, etc.).
Classified by purpose
It can be divided into incoming cabinet, outgoing cabinet, metering cabinet, compensation cabinet (capacitor cabinet), corner cabinet, busbar cabinet, etc.
