The role of each cabinet in high and low voltage power distribution cabinet?

High-voltage incoming cabinets, metering cabinets, high-voltage outgoing cabinets, low-voltage incoming cabinets, capacitor cabinets, and low-voltage outgoing cabinets, these power distribution cabinets are the conventional configuration of the power distribution room, regardless of high voltage or low voltage are combined together according to certain functions.


(1) High-voltage incoming line cabinet: It is a high-voltage cabinet that cuts off the high-voltage incoming line power supply. In fact, it is not a real incoming line cabinet. The incoming line is generally not connected to this cabinet, but to the isolation cabinet, but it has a circuit breaker. The device (vacuum) can disconnect the incoming power supply, so it is called the incoming cabinet.

(2) Metering cabinet: As the name suggests, it is used to install the watt-hour meter. It is a cabinet that accurately measures how much electricity you use. This cabinet has no major components except PT and CT.

(3) High-voltage outlet cabinet: Its function is to distribute and transmit electric energy. It usually carries transformers or high-voltage electrical equipment (motors) and high-voltage compensation equipment.

(4) Low-voltage incoming line cabinet: Generally, it is the first cabinet from the transformer, also known as the low main cabinet, which is used to control all the electrical equipment below. Its main switch is generally a frame circuit breaker.

(5) Capacitor cabinet: its function is to compensate the quality of electricity and improve the power factor!

(6) Low-voltage outlet cabinet: Its function is to distribute and transmit electric energy. Unlike high-voltage, it is basically directly connected to the electrical equipment. The switch generally uses molded case circuit breakers.
