Technical characteristics of combined substation
Jan 26, 2021
Combined substation is a scientific combination of 10kv high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer, low-voltage switchgear and other equipment to form a multifunctional power equipment. The combined substation optimizes the structure of high-voltage components such as high-voltage load switches (terminals, ring networks), plug-in fuses and backup current-limiting fuses. Combined substations are used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential quarters, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oilfields, and temporary construction sites.
Technical characteristics of combined substation:
1. Advanced technology, high degree of automation, safe and reliable;
2. Beautiful appearance, low noise, consistent with the surrounding environment and increase beauty;
3. The combined substation is light in weight, small in size and high in rigidity;
4. Modular combination mode: high and low voltage electrical room, transformer room, metering box and capacitor cabinet are each formed into modules, which can be combined according to user needs;
5. Low investment and quick results. Compared with the integrated substation of the same scale, the combined substation reduces the investment by 40%-50%;
6. Three cooling measures are adopted: upper and lower natural wind convection, horizontal natural wind convection and forced air cooling with special fans at the bottom, so that the temperature rise has a large margin;
