Split prefabricated Substation
The split prefabricated cabin is a substation mode integrating design, manufacturing and installation. It is a comprehensive cabin that can accommodate primary, secondary and communication equipment by splicing multiple independent cabin units. It can also inherit the duty room, Data room, kitchen and bathroom and other auxiliary facility cabins. The cabin units are prefabricated in the factory, installed panels and most of the wiring work in the cabin, and transported to the site for cabin splicing.
Combination method of split prefabricated cabin
The two commonly used size combinations for split prefabricated cabins are length expansion and width expansion.
Length extension refers to the width dimension of the prefabricated cabin meeting the transportation conditions, but the length dimension exceeds the limit. Connect one or more independent cabin units of the herringbone roof in series, and the length and size of such combined prefabricated cabins can be freely expanded.
Width expansion refers to the fact that the length of the prefabricated cabin meets the transportation conditions, but the width dimension exceeds the limit. Therefore, the cabin is divided into two single sloping roof cabin units, which are assembled and spliced on site to form a double sloping roof cabin.
Combination methods for different purposes of split prefabricated cabins
1. Combination of primary and secondary equipment
The combination prefabricated cabin for primary and secondary equipment is a scheme of arranging the secondary screen cabinet and primary switch cabinet in the same prefabricated cabin. The primary and secondary equipment are integrated into the prefabricated cabin, and the primary main equipment is mainly 10kV switch cabinet and 35kV gas filled cabinet. The width of the combination cabin for primary and secondary equipment should not exceed the transportation limit, and the two cabin units are spliced and combined in the long side direction.
2. Large primary equipment combination
Large primary equipment modular prefabricated cabins are mainly used for cabins with width dimensions exceeding the limit, and the primary screen cabinets inside the cabins are mainly 35kV or 10kV switchgear. The length and width of this type of cabin exceed the limits of highway transportation, and the splicing method belongs to the extension in the length direction.
3. Secondary equipment and monitoring combination
In general, this type of split prefabricated cabin has an equipment compartment on one side and a monitoring compartment on the other side. Secondary screen cabinets are arranged in the equipment compartment, and workstations or rest areas for work and personnel are reserved in the monitoring compartment. This splicing method also belongs to the extension of length direction, which can be any combination of two or more cabin units.
The split prefabricated cabin is derived from the prefabricated cabin, which conforms to the construction concept of "standardized design, factory processing, modular construction, and mechanized construction" proposed by the State Grid of China. It reasonably improves the construction efficiency of the substation and saves land resources.
