Process characteristics of low-voltage switchgear

The advantage of low-voltage switchgear is that it is suitable for pre-plating of workpieces, easy to change adjustment, easy to beautify, parts can be standardized design, and can be pre-production inventory, frame size error is small. The disadvantage is that it is not as strong as welding, requires high precision of parts, and the processing cost rises relatively. Fasteners are generally standard parts. The main types of fasteners are conventional screws, nuts and rivets, pull rivets, pre-tightened and fine-adjustable clamp nuts and pre-tightened tension nuts, and self-tapping screws. There are also special fastening screws (for example, most of the low-voltage cabinets imported abroad use special fastening screws).

Process characteristics of low-voltage switchgear: fixed by fixture, positioned by tooling, and equipped with pressure washer if necessary; riveting is generally equipped with drills, and pre-plated parts are to prevent damage to the coating; for components processed with precision machining centers or special equipment, If the connection aperture and the diameter of the fastener can maintain a slight gap, they can be assembled without a fixture and formed at one time; the fastening of the guide and the positioning member should be positioned with a special measuring tool and then tested with standard tooling.
