Procedure For the ring network cabinet

Operation, should first disconnect the low voltage circuit breaker, and then press the stop button in the top right corner of the red ring ark, circuit breaker disconnects, the circuit breaker panel indicator shows off state, and then insert the earthing switch chamber handle, as indicated by the arrows to the close direction, grounding switch is closed, panel shows the grounding switch is closed, broken ring network cabinet operation is completed.

After the maintenance is completed, insert the handle first and rotate it in the direction of disconnect grounding switch as shown in the arrow. The panel shows that the grounding switch is disconnected. Then insert the handle in the circuit breaker panel and rotate it in the direction of energy storage as shown in the arrow.

1 At least two persons shall be present for the operation of high voltage ring network switchgear, one of whom shall be responsible for the operation and the other shall be on-site supervision.

2 The operator should wear insulating gloves and shoes, and stand on insulating pad when operating.

3 Power transmission operation procedure

(1) Before sending power to the transformer, check that the transformer output total load switch is disconnected. (2) Open the earthing knife lock, remove the "do not close" warning sign. (3) Counterclockwise operation, pull out the grounding knife. (4) Check that the grounding indicator is in the disconnected position (" floating "state). (5) Lock the earthing knife lock. (6) Open the load knife lock. (7) Close the switch clockwise. (8) Check that the three indicators are on. (9) Lock the load knife lock.

4 Operation procedures of power outage

(1) Before stopping the transformer, the output total load switch of the transformer should be disconnected. 

(2) Check that the three indicators are on. 

(3) Open the load knife lock. 

(4) Press the red stop button "OFF" by hand until the sound of switch action is heard. 

(5) Check that the three indicators shall be white without flashing. 

(6) Lock the load knife lock. 

(7) Open the earthing knife lock. 

(8) Close the grounding knife clockwise. 

(9) Check the grounding instruction in the grounding state, hang up the "do not close" warning board. 

(10) Lock the earthing knife lock.
