The locking device of the high-voltage switchgear is the "five-protection" function of the switchgear. The overall requirement is that the locking is comprehensive, perfect and reliable. The following is an example of a common handcart-type switchgear (KYN28A-12).
The "five protection" function of the central switchgear is to prevent the circuit breaker from being mis-opened and closed by mistake.
Prevent handcart isolating plugs with load splitting and closing isolating switches or push-in and pull-out metal-enclosed (armoured) switch cabinets with load.
Prevent live hooking of the ground wire or closing the ground switch.
Prevent closing with ground wire or grounding switch.
Prevent accidental entry into the live compartment.
