1. Check before installation


In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the circuit breaker, it must be inspected before entering the installation. First, after the packaging is removed, first check the appearance of the circuit breaker, such as whether the insulating protective layer on the conductive rod is in good condition, whether there are cracks and other defects, how the surface of the casing is, whether there is any damage caused by transportation, whether the number of the nameplate is consistent with the order requirements, etc. Secondly, check whether the random accessories, spare parts and documents are complete. After that, perform manual trial operation for 5 to 10 times to check the action performance of the circuit breaker operating mechanism. Finally, the 42kV/min power frequency withstand voltage test is carried out between the same-pole fractures of the main circuit of the circuit breaker, the phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground and the control part.




2. Installation


First, make a fixing bracket according to the installation size of the circuit breaker and power engineering requirements, and firmly fix the circuit breaker on the bracket. Secondly, the bolts connecting the wire terminals and the circuit breaker inlet and outlet terminals should be tightened to ensure good contact. Finally, the control circuit is connected correctly according to the circuit diagram.
