As a kind of power supporting equipment, switchgear needs to follow certain steps when installing it.
The specific installation and construction procedures of the switchgear are:
① Unpacking and checking equipment
②Secondary transportation
③Making and installing foundation steel
④The busbar of the preparation cabinet (pan)
⑤Secondary circuit of wiring cabinet (panel)
⑥ Carry out certain test adjustments
⑦ Carry out operation acceptance of power transmission.
The switch cabinet is generally installed on a foundation made of angle steel and channel steel. During civil construction, it is necessary to install the requirements for drawings, and bury the angle steel and channel steel in the concrete. Before burying, the section steel should be straightened and rust removed, and the material should be drilled according to the requirements of the design drawing. After that, it is fixed according to the specified elevation, and a certain level of correction is carried out at the same time.
After the poured basic steel concrete has solidified, the switchgear can be put in place. Switch cabinets are mostly fixed by welding or bolts. The basic section steel of the switchgear needs to be well grounded. The flat steel usually used is welded to the grounding grid. It should be noted that the grounding cannot be less than two places. For the part of the foundation steel exposed to the ground, a layer of anti-rust paint needs to be painted. When wiring the switchgear, you need to follow the design drawing. After the installation, fixing, grounding, and wiring of the switch cabinet are completed, the overall and cabinet equipment can be debugged.
