Pay attention to
1, the circuit breaker installation site should be free from explosion danger, no corrosive gas, and should pay attention to moistureproof, dustproof, waterproof, shockproof.
2, the overload protection characteristics of the circuit breaker has been set by the manufacturer, in use can not be adjusted at will, so as not to affect the performance.
3, for your safety, please choose the short circuit protection characteristics of the circuit breaker reasonably, and reasonably equipped with installation wire.
4, wiring must be tightly connected, and each time after installation and use for a period of time to tighten, tightening torque is 2.5~ 3N-M.

Structure and working principle
Circuit breaker consists of contact system, arc extinguishing system, electromagnetic system, tripping mechanism, operating mechanism and shell, etc. Working principle of circuit breaker: under normal working conditions, pull the operating mechanism, then the tripping mechanism is locked, dynamic and static contact contact, so that the power supply is connected. When the line overload, the electromagnetic system of the bimetal sheet deformation, push the lock to make the mechanism off, moving contact is disconnected to cut off the power supply. When the circuit is short-circuited, the electromagnetic system pulls the iron core, and the iron core ejector pushes the lock button to make the mechanism fall off, thus completing the breaking protection of the circuit breaker.
