Inspection of high voltage switchgear

High-voltage switchgear refers to equipment connected to high-voltage or low-voltage cables.

The inspection and adjustment of the high-voltage switchgear should strictly follow the following steps.

1. Whether all fastening screws are loose, and whether the cotter pin and its pins fall off.

2. Whether there is any open welding phenomenon in all welding places.

3. Check whether the wiring of the secondary circuit has fallen off.

4. Adjust the pointers of all indicating instruments to zero.

5. Reset the signal relay.

6. Check all control and protection wiring on the switchgear according to the wiring diagram.

7. Set each relay.

8. Open and close the circuit breaker to check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon.

9. All transmission parts are coated with lubricating oil.

10. Check the opening and closing of the circuit breaker for the anti-misoperation locking device.
