Inspection and adjustment method of high voltage switchgear

The inspection and adjustment of the high-voltage switchgear should strictly follow the following steps.

1. Whether all the fastening screws are loose, and whether the cotter pin and its pins fall off;

2. Whether there is any open welding phenomenon in all welding places;

3. Check whether the wiring of the secondary circuit has fallen off;

4. Adjust the pointers of all indicating instruments to the zero position;

5. Reset the signal relay;

6. Check all control and protection wiring on the switchgear according to the wiring diagram;

7. Set each relay;

8. Open and close the circuit breaker to check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon;

9. All transmission parts are coated with lubricating oil;

10. Check the opening and closing of the circuit breaker for the anti-misoperation locking device.
