In general, the service life of the distribution box is 8~10 years. The maintenance work is done well and can be used for more than 15 years.
The distribution box is a large number of parameters in the data. Generally, it constitutes a low-voltage forest. According to electrical wiring, it is required to assemble switchgear, measuring instruments, protective appliances and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi-enclosed metal cabinet or screen to form a low-voltage power distribution box. During normal operation, the circuit can be turned on or off by means of a manual or automatic switch.
Precautions for the use of distribution boxes:
(1) The power distribution system for construction should be equipped with a general distribution box, a distribution box, and a switch box, and set them in stages in the order of "total-distribute-disconnect" and form a "three-level distribution" mode.
(2) The installation positions of the distribution boxes and switch boxes of the construction power distribution system should be reasonable. The main distribution box should be as close to the transformer or external power source as possible to facilitate the introduction of power. The distribution box should be installed as far as possible in the center of the electrical equipment or the relatively concentrated load to ensure that the three-phase load is balanced. The installation position of the switch box should be as close as possible to the electrical equipment controlled by it according to the site conditions and working conditions.
(3). Ensure that the three-phase load balance of the temporary power distribution system is balanced. The power and lighting power at the construction site should form two power circuits, and the power distribution box and lighting distribution box should be set separately.
(4) All electrical equipment on the construction site must have their own dedicated switch box.
(5) The cabinets and internal settings of the distribution boxes at all levels must comply with safety regulations, the switch appliances should be marked with their purpose, and the cabinets should be numbered uniformly. The power distribution box should be cut off and the door of the box should be locked. The fixed distribution box should be fenced with rain-proof and anti-smashing measures.
(6) The difference between distribution box and distribution cabinet. According to GB/T20641-2006 "General Requirements for Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Empty Enclosures" Note: Seen on site, not only the box door has disappeared, but the switch is still in the "ON" state, and a total of 6 cables are exposed. , No warning is posted on it. Since the distribution box is located about 50 meters north of the South Bus Stop sign of the Hangtian Bridge and on the southeast corner of the roundabout, there is a constant flow of people passing by and a large flow of people.
