GCS type low voltage withdrawable switchgear is used in power generation and power supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated working voltage of 400V (690V), and a rated current of 4000A and below. It is used for centralized control of power, power distribution and motor, and capacitor compensation. Structural features:
1. The frame is made of 8MF type open steel, and the main frame is installed with a module of E=20mm and a 100mm Φ9.2mm installation hole, which makes the frame assembly flexible and convenient.
2. The functional rooms of the switchgear are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms. The role of each chamber is relatively independent.
3. The horizontal busbar adopts the horizontal arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the resistance of the busbar against electric power. It is the basic measure to make the main circuit with high short-circuit strength capability.
4. The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit up and down.
5. The modulus of the drawer height is 160mm. The drawer changes only in height dimensions, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers of the same functional unit have good interchangeability. The rated current of the unit loop is 400A and below.
6. The drawer panel has obvious signs of opening, closing, testing, and drawing out positions. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device. 1 Drawer unit is the main body, which has both draw-out type and fixedness. It can be mixed and combined and used arbitrarily.
7. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30 and IP40, and it can also be selected according to user needs.
