Detailed explanation of common faults in low-voltage distribution cabinets:
1、 The circuit breaker cannot be closed.
1. The undervoltage coil is not working (the voltage is normal). Solution: Replace the undervoltage coil.
2. Press the closing button, and the closing coil will not work when powered on. Solution: Replace the undervoltage coil.
3. Poor contact of the close button. Solution: Replace the close button.
The fuse core of the control circuit is burnt out. Solution: Confirm that the control circuit is normal and there is no short circuit before replacing the fuse.
5. The circuit breaker does not store energy. Solution: Check that the motor control power supply voltage needs to be ≥ 85%.
6. The closed electromagnet controls the power supply voltage to be less than 85%. Solution: The power voltage of the closing electromagnet needs to be ≥ 85%.
7. The closing electromagnet is damaged. Solution: Replace the closing electromagnet.
8. Poor contact in the secondary circuit of the drawer type circuit breaker. Solution: Shake the drawer type circuit breaker out and then move it to the "open" position. Check if the secondary circuit connection is reliable.
9. The universal transfer switch is in the stop position. Solution: Turn the switch to the left or right power transmission.
2、 The main switch of the incoming cabinet cannot be turned on.
1. Poor contact of the start button. Solution: Replace the open button.
2. The open coil is burnt out. Solution: Replace the open coil.
3. The main reactive power meter is reversed or not rotating. The power factor of capacitor compensation is too high. Solution: Adjust the capacitance compensation to 0.92-0.97.
4. Transformer incoming line phase sequence error. Solution: Readjust the phase sequence.
3、 The voltage and current circuit is normal.
Solution: Replace the reactive power meter.
4、 The capacitor cabinet cannot be automatically switched.
1. The current sampling signal line is not connected. Solution: Connect the current sampling signal line.
2. Check if the controller fuse core is burnt out. Solution: Replace the fuse.
3. The voltage is too high, and the controller displays overvoltage. Solution: Adjust the overvoltage protection point.
4. The current is too low, and the controller displays it in advance. Solution: Automatically works normally when the current increases.
5. Capacitor cabinet (distribution cabinet related type: box type substation | distribution box) Compensator indicates overvoltage. Solution: Adjust the set voltage value to be higher than the actual voltage value.
6. The current sampling signal line is not connected. Solution: Connect the current sampling signal line.
7. The melting core of the compensation controller is burnt out. Solution: Replace the fuse.
8. The current is too low. Solution: Further debugging and processing after increasing the current.
5、 The electricity meter in the drawer doesn't turn.
1. Check if the secondary plug-in has poor contact. Solution: Adjust the secondary plug-in contact strip.
2. Both current and voltage are normal. Solution: Replace the electricity meter.
6、 Dual power switching cannot be automatically switched.
1. The universal transfer switch is not turned to the automatic position. Solution: Turn the switch to the automatic position.
2. The manual transfer switch did not switch to the automatic position. Solution: Turn the automatic transfer switch of the handle to the automatic position.
3. The undervoltage release device is not closed. Solution: Check if the voltage is consistent with the voltage level of the release, V ≥ 85%.
4. The time relay does not close. Solution: Check if the contact voltage of the time relay is normal.
5. The shunt mechanism of the circuit breaker does not reset. Solution: Check if the mechanical interlock is loose or stuck.
7、 The power factor of the capacitor cabinet cannot exceed 0.9.
1. The capacity of the capacitor decreases. Solution: Replace the capacitor.
2. Some circuits are not powered. Solution: Check and replace.
3. The original design load has increased. Solution: Increase the compensation capacity of the capacitor cabinet.
