Cut off the power supply on the line side of the relay protection system of the substation and connect it to the voltage transformer. The single-phase reclose on the high-voltage side of the transformer of the relay protection system of the substation in this side can complete the phase sequence check of the low-voltage line through the detection of the voltage transformer.
