Daily maintenance of high voltage switchgear

1. Check and clean the switch cabinet, and the cabinet is clean and dust-free. The observation window on the cabinet is clean and transparent.

2. The cabinet surface components are installed correctly, the wiring is firm, the watt-hour meter, the high-voltage live indicator device, the relay and the signal lamp work normally and comply with the relevant regulations. Check that the switch position indicator light indicates correct.

3. Check that the switch cabinet is well-sealed, the door locks are complete, the mechanical and electrical live locking devices are reliable, and the cabinet doors cannot be opened when there is electricity. The handcart position detection travel switch works well and can accurately reflect the handcart position. The switch mechanical position locking device works well. Check that the secondary circuit is firmly connected and the wiring is correct.

4. Pull out the trolley and check that the live protective baffle at the rear of the switch cabinet works well, and the switch trolley can automatically reset after being pulled out.

5. Check that the cabinet is well grounded, the handcart grounding track is in good contact, and the surface is not rusted, and apply dry butter. The push and pull of the handcart should be easy and flexible, and it can automatically close and lock the position when it is in place, without jamming.

6. Current transformer and overvoltage absorption device. Wipe the surface of the transformer and the overvoltage absorbing device with a rag, and check the tightness of the wiring. Check that the secondary terminal of the transformer and the iron core are well grounded.
