1. Preventive measures for failure

5. Check whether the secondary auxiliary circuit is abnormal, and carry out necessary maintenance

6. Check all parts of the fasteners, and tighten them immediately if they are loose

7. Check the conditions of each part of the ground loop, such as the ground contact, the main ground wire and the gate ground wire, etc., to ensure the continuity of conduction

8. For the SF6 load switch, the gas pressure index data must be checked, and the gas should be supplemented in time according to the situation

9. Clean the dust from all parts, especially the dust on the surface of insulating materials.

10. If any abnormal situation is found, please contact the switchgear manufacturer if you cannot solve it


2. Common faults and solutions

1. Insulation fault: Insulation faults generally include: bad environmental conditions destroy the performance of the insulation, the aging and damage of the insulation material, the entry of small animals and other causes of short circuit or breakdown. If the insulation material is aging or damaged during regular maintenance, replace it immediately, remove the dirt on the surface of the insulation material, install protective panels in the cable trench and switch room to prevent small animals from entering, find the cause of the failure and immediately rectify it

2. Operating mechanism failure: It is often caused by the failure to open and close the coil to burn out, check the reason and change it immediately, and replace the new coil at the same time

3. Failures caused by improper selection of protection components: accidents caused by improper selection of the rated current of the fuse, mismatched relay setting time, etc., if the failure occurs, find the cause in time and replace the appropriate components

4. Accidents caused by non-compliance with the operating procedures: due to the failure to follow the operating procedures caused by mismatches, mismatches or failures caused by damage to components, you should understand the product operating procedures and operate according to the procedures

5. Failures caused by environmental changes: such as failures caused by rapid changes in environmental temperature, humidity and pollution index, attention should be paid to improving the environment, such as installing air-conditioning heaters, understanding the source of pollution and removing them in time.
