GCS Low Voltage Control Panel Board

GCS type switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, textiles, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high degree of automation and requiring computer interface, it is used in power generation and power supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage of 380V (400), (660) and rated current of 4000 and below.

Main structure

1. The main frame adopts 8MF type open section steel, and the two sides of the section steel have installation holes of φ9.2mm with modulus of 20mm and 100mm respectively, so the internal installation is flexible and convenient.

2. The main frame assembly is designed into two types, fully assembled structure and partial (side cabinet and beam) welded structure, for users to choose.

3. The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms. The role of each chamber is relatively independent.

4. The horizontal main busbar adopts the horizontal arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the resistance of the busbar against electric power. It is the basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have high short-circuit strength capability.

5. The design of the cable compartment is very convenient for cables to enter and exit up and down.


Product installation

When the GCS series low voltage control panel board is installed alone or in a row, the verticality, flatness of the cabinet surface and the deviation of the cabinet surface joints should meet the requirements of the following table:

1. Verticality (when the cabinet height is 2200mm), 3.3mm

2. The level of the top of the two adjacent cabinets is the top of the row of cabinets, 25mm

3. Roughness of two adjacent cabinet sides in a row, 15mm

4. Cabinet indirect seam, 2mm
