XL series low-voltage electrical panel board is suitable for three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire systems with AC voltage of 500V and below in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises for power lighting and power distribution. XL electrical panel board has the characteristics of flexible power distribution scheme, convenient combination, strong practicability, novel structure, etc.

Structural features

1. The main electrical performance fully complies with the requirements of IEC60439-1: 1992 and GB7251.1-1997.

2. The auxiliary circuit has the functions of local, remote, automatic control and local and remote control switching. The contactor can adopt DC protection.

3. The power-receiving main switch has instantaneous drag buckle and thermal magnetic drag buckle protection options. In order to cooperate with the next-level main switch, the instant protection is cancelled, avoiding over-level tripping, and has the functions of self-turning, manual operation and automatic switching.

4. The main switch of the feeder circuit has instantaneous trip and thermal magnetic trip protection. When the user requires, leakage protection can be installed.

5. The motor control circuit has instantaneous short-circuit, overload, under-voltage release and phase failure protection.

6. The power receiving circuit is equipped with an ammeter and a voltmeter.

1. Ambient temperature: -50℃~+40℃, and the average temperature within 24H does not exceed +36℃;

2. Altitude: not more than 2000m;

3. Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the ambient air humidity is +40℃. It can have a higher relative humidity under lower humidity (for example: 90% at +20℃). Taking into account the temperature change allows moderate frost.

4. When the equipment is installed, the inclination from the vertical plane should not exceed 5°. The equipment should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration, impact and corrosion.
