GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is applicable to the power distribution system of power plants, substations, factories and mining enterprises with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 380V and rated current of 1000A ~ 3150A. It is used as power, lighting and power distribution equipment for energy conversion, distribution and control.

AC Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Cabinet
Structure:
The cabinet frame is assembled by 8MF cold-formed partial welding, and its rigidity and load-bearing capacity meet the installation requirements of electrical components. There are mounting holes on the frame according to the number of E=20MM and E=100M to improve the versatility of product assembly. The main bus bar is arranged on the upper part of the cabinet, and the ZMJ type bus bar clamp adopted is a modular structure. High mechanical strength and insulation degree, can carry effective value 50KA, peak 105KA current, thermal stability impact force long-term allowable temperature up to 120℃. Cabinet protection grade IP3X.

Details
Conditions of use of ac low voltage electrical distribution cabinet:
1. The air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35℃.
2. For installation and use inside, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.
3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃.
4. When the equipment is installed, the inclination from the vertical plane should not exceed 5 degrees.
5. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not enough to be corroded.
6. When the user has special requirements, it can be resolved through consultation with the manufacturer.
