Applicable environment

The device is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high degree of automation and requiring computer interface, it is used as a complete set of low-voltage power distribution equipment for power distribution, motor centralized control and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380 V (400) V and rated current of 2500 A and below.

Conditions of Use

1.Ambient air temperature not higher than + 40 ° C and not lower than -5 ° C. The average temperature shall not be higher than + 35 ° C within 24 hours. In case of exceeding, the capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation.

2.For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000 meters.

3.The relative humidity of ambient air shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of + 40 ° C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature: for example, 90% at + 20 ° C. The influence of occasional condensation due to temperature change shall be taken into account.

4.When the device is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °, and the whole cabinet array shall be relatively flat.

5.The device shall be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration and impact, and the device is not enough to cause undue corrosion of electrical components.

Structural features

1.The main framework of the device is made of 8MF steel. The framework adopts two structural forms of assembly and partial welding. The main framework is provided with installation module holes E = 20mm.

2.Each functional room of the unit is strictly separated, and its compartment is mainly divided into functional unit room, busbar room and cable room, and the functions of each unit are relatively independent.

3.Functional Unit a)The module of drawer layer height is 160 mm, which is divided into five size series of 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of unit circuit is 630A and below. b)The drawer changes only in the height dimension, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability. c)Each GCS cabinet can accommodate up to 11 one-unit drawers or 22 1/2 unit drawers. d)The incoming and outgoing lines of the drawer adopt the connectors with the same specification and chip structure with different chip numbers according to the current. e)Back plate type ZJ-2 adaptor is used for the connection between 1/2 unit drawer and cable chamber.
