Product Overview

KYN28-24 armoured removable AC metal enclosed switchgear is a medium-voltage switchgear developed by our company on the basis of KYN27-12 (GZSI), drawingon the advantages of related advanced products at home and abroad. It is one ofthe most promising main products in the power industry in the future. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50HZ, rated voltage 24KV indoor complete distribution devices, mainly as power plants, industrial and mining enterprises and institutions distribution and secondary substations of the power system, power transmission and high-voltage motor start-up for control, protection and monitoring purposes.

Structural characteristics 
The switch cabinet is designed according to the standard of armoured metal closed switch in GB3906 and IEC298 The whole cabinet is compôsed of cabinet body and pullable part (handcart).The cabinet body is made of high qual ity cold-rolled steel plate and high quality aluminium-zinc coated plate, which are processed by precision CNC ma hine tool (some parts are processed by high precision laser cutting machine and special abrasive tool), and double folding process is adopted. Forming, through high-strength bolts, nuts, rivet nuts, steel rivets and other connections, cabinet low-voltage chamber, circuit breaker chamber, bus room, cable room and other unit compartments form an effective separation, and each unit is equipped with an independent pressure release channel, with good pressure relief and ventilation effect, another 10X60 is installed in the cable room. Mm main grounding bus. 

The cabinet is fully assembled, compact and reasonable, equipped with various domestic and foreign mainstream vacuum circuit breakers, voltage transformers, lightning arresters, fuses, isolation and other mid-position handcarts. The same functional handcart units have good interchangeability, easy operation and replacement. 

The interlocking between switch cabinet, handcart and grounding switch is designed by combining compulsory mechanical interlocking with electrical interlocking. It has perfect "five preventive" interlocking function to prevent misoperation. 

The cabinet body can be installed by the wall (before the cabinet maintenance) and off the wall (after the cabinet maintenance) two schemes, the cabinet body according to the front and back contour structure design.

The standard confiquration of switchgear cabinet body includes: shell, valve mechanism, handcart quide rail and guide rail interlocking mechanism, installation plate or beam of each component, sleeve pad plate (aluminium plate or steel plate), eyebrow and print, door plate, hinge, door lock, observation window (toughened glass), door plate sealing strip, cable hoop, etc
