KYN28-24 indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear(hereafter short as switchgear) is a complete power distribution device for 3.6~24KV, 3 phase AC 50Hz, single bus sectionalized system. It is main used for power transmission of middle/small generators in power plants, power receiving, transmission for substations in power distribution and power system of factories, mines and enterprises, and starting of large high-voltage motor, etc, so as to control, protect and monitor the system. The switchgear meets IEC298, GB3906-91. In addition to be used with domestic VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, it can be used with VD4 from ABB, 3AH5 from Siemens domestic ZN65A, and VB2 from GE, etc. It is truly a power distribution deviece with good performance.

KYN28-24 20KV power distribution equipment

KYN28-24KV indoor metal enclosed switch for power distribution device of three-phase 24KV bus and single bus system, its main features are small, metal clad switchgear, air insulation, home style design. Good interchangeability, cabinet loading performance, good VEP-24KV, VS1-24KV and so on. Indoor vacuum circuit breaker is an excellent indoor power distribution device. KYN28A-24 middle cabinet, high and low voltage switchgear cabinet is a new type of switch equipment designed and developed by our company. It has the characteristics of small footprint and compact structure design. Suitable for high altitude, full of air temperature, humidity, creepage, discharge requirements, for three-phase AC power system 50HZ, for receiving and distributing power to control circuit, detection and protection.

Structural characteristics

1. It has perfect mechanical and electrical double locking and anti error operation function.

2. The cabinet can be flexibly equipped with VS1, VYG, VD4, VN2 and other vacuum circuit breakers.

3. The roof part adopts ventilation design, that is, it can meet the need of dust prevention and no need to consider the problem of pressure relief.

4. Cabinet use: single axis, double shaft and so on, to meet different requirements.

5. Using Aluminum-zinc composite flanging process, application of flat screw installation, flexible use, convenient, simple and practical, good performance.

6. KYN28-24 in the high voltage electrical equipment quality supervision and inspection center through the full tank type experiment, its design and manufacture fully meet the requirements of GB, DC, IEC standards.

Working Conditions:

a. The Ambient temperature upper limit and lower limit are respectively +40°C and -40°C; (allowing storage and transportation at -30°C);

b. Altitude is not more than 1000m;

c. Relative humidity: daily average value should not be more than 95%, while monthly average value should not be more than 90% (+25°C);

d. Seismic intensity should be not more than 8°;

e. Places without fire, explosion risk, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
