KYN28-24 10.4KV Control Panel Board
KYN28-24 high-voltage switchgear is equipped with VS1 vacuum circuit breaker with high breaking capacity and low current cut-off value (it can also be equipped with VD4 vacuum circuit breaker ) as the main switch, with advanced, reasonable and compact structure. It has superior performance, safety and reliability, and has the "five-proof" interlocking function, meeting the requirements of technical standards such as IEC298 and GB3906. It is widely used in various substations of power systems, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-voltage power distribution.

Cabinet parameters
The cabinet structure is made of aluminum-zinc-coated sheets, which are bolted and processed by CNC machine tools using multiple bending processes;
All operations are carried out with the cabinet door closed;
The protection level is high, which can prevent the intrusion of debris and insect pests;
Simple and effective "five prevention" lockout to prevent misoperation;
Can be equipped with VS1 and VD4 vacuum circuit breakers;
It is easy to replace the circuit breaker, and the handcart interchangeability is good;
Reliable wall installation and front maintenance of the cabinet reduce the floor space;
The cable room has ample space and can connect multiple cables;
The circuit breaker room and the cable room can be equipped with heaters respectively to prevent condensation and corrosion
Structure Description:
Electrical Main Switchboard are requested designed according to GB3906 and Ie 298.The whole switchgear can be extracted from the cabinet and spare parts (trolley) two components. Cabinet structure are made of aluminum deposited zine plate or galvanized plate bolted combination forming a metal partition separationg the part of the circut break room,main busbar room cable room and relay control room.and all metal construction were grounded ,each compartment of the main circuit system has separste pressure release channel,In the cable compartment can be set to 40*6mm ground busbar .
