Indoor Medium Voltage Switchgear

KYN28 is a metal-enclosed air-insulated switchgear. The rated voltage can be 12kV, and 24kV, KYN28 can install VSI or VD4 vacuum circuit breaker.

The main purpose

It can be used for power transmission in power plants, power system and industrial and mining enterprise substations, and it can also be used to frequently start high-voltage motors, etc.

Structural features

The shell of the switch cabinet is entirely made of aluminum-zinc steel plate, which is assembled by bolts after multiple bending and forming by machine tools. It has high mechanical strength, which effectively ensures the neatness and beauty of the product.

The cabinet door is spray-coated, which has strong impact resistance and corrosion resistance.

The product shell has an IP4X level of protection.

The main switch VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, the whole cabinet is composed of instrument room, busbar room, handcart room and cables.

The switchgear can meet the requirements of GB3906, DL404, IEC-298 and other standards, and has the functions of preventing misoperation of the circuit breaker, preventing the push and pulling of the handcart with load, and preventing the live switching of the grounding switch.

Normal use conditions

1 Altitude: not more than 1000m.

2. Ambient temperature: -10℃-+40℃.

3. Relative temperature: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%.

4. Saturated vapor pressure: the daily average value is not more than 2.2*10-3MPa, and the monthly average value is not more than 1.8*10-3MPa.

5. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees.

6. There is no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
