KYN28A-12 high voltage metal-clad switchgear panel is an indoor complete set of three-phase AC 50Hz single-bus system, which is used for receiving and distributing network power of 10kv and below.
Use environment
The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +45°C and not lower than 25°C.
Atmospheric conditions: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%.
The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
The device is installed in a place where there is no danger of fire, explosion, severe vibration and shock, and where it is not enough to expose electrical components to undeserved corrosion.
The earthquake intensity does not exceed 8.
Structural features
1. Completely metal armored, assembled structure, wide combination scheme.
2. The cabinet is made of imported aluminum-zinc-coated sheet steel. It is processed by CNC machine tools, adopts advanced multi-folding process, and is connected with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, and has high precision, corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength and strong universality of parts.
3. It can be equipped with domestic or imported vacuum circuit breakers, with wide applicability, high reliability, and long-term maintenance-free.
4. The handcart has working and testing positions, and each position has positioning and display devices, which are safe and reliable.
5. All kinds of handcarts are changed according to the modular building block to ensure that the same specifications can be freely interchanged, and vehicles of different specifications must not enter.
6. The handcart is transported by a special carrier, which is light and flexible to operate.
7. The cable compartment can install up to 9 single-core cables.
8. The highly reliable interlocking device fully meets the requirements of "five preventions".
9. Each high-pressure chamber has a pressure relief channel to ensure personal safety.
10. The front door is equipped with an observation window, which can observe the working status of indoor components.
