The switchgear is suitable for complete sets of power distribution devices in three-phase, AC 50 (60) Hz rated working voltage of 24 kV, rated working current of 3150A and below.
It is mainly used in power plants, small and medium-sized generators to transmit power, industrial and mining enterprises, power distribution, and secondary substations of power systems, such as power receiving, feeding, and large-scale high-voltage motor starting, etc., for control, protection, and monitoring.
Structure of KYN28-24 fixed metal enclosed switchgear panel
The cabinet of KYN28-24 is divided into four separate compartments. The enclosure protection level is IP4X, and the protection level of each compartment and circuit breaker room is IP2X when the door is opened. With overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines and other functional programs. After being arranged and combined, it can become a power distribution device of various schemes.
The shell of the switchgear is made of imported aluminum-zinc-coated thin steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and adopts multiple folding processes, so that the entire cabinet not only has high precision, strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Moreover, multiple folding processes are adopted to make the cabinet lighter in weight, high in mechanical strength and beautiful in appearance than other similar equipment cabinets.
The cabinet adopts an assembled structure and is connected with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts. In this way, the processing and production cycle is shortened, the parts are highly versatile, and the floor space is reduced, which is convenient for production organization.
