KYN61-40.5 (Z) High Voltage Distribution Cabinet

Kyn61-40.5 (Z) sharp-mounted removable AC metal closed switch cabinet (hereinafter referred to as switch cabinet) is a complete set of indoor distribution and electrical devices with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 40.5kV. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It can control, protect and detect the circuit, and can also be used in places of frequent operation. This switch cabinet conforms to GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991 and DL404-1997 standards.

Ambient air temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -15℃.

The daily average steam pressure is not more than 2.2kpa;

The monthly average steam pressure is not more than 1.8kpa;

◆ The surrounding air should be free from corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor and other obvious pollution.

◆ If it is used beyond the normal conditions stipulated in GB3906, it shall be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer.

Cabinet structure adopts assembly type, circuit breaker adopts handcart floor type structure;

Equipped with a new type of composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker, and has the characteristics of good interchangeability and simple replacement;

◆ The handcart frame is equipped with screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent damage to the propulsion structure by misoperation;

◆ All operations can be carried out under the closed state of the cabinet door;

◆ The interlock between the main switch, handcart and switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking mode to meet the "five prevention" function; Cable room has sufficient space to connect multiple cables.

Quick grounding switch for grounding and circuit short circuit;

◆ Hulk protection level IP3X, hulk protection level IP2X when the carriage door is open;

◆ Products comply with GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and international IEC-298 standards.
