Our epoxy cast dry type power transformers are automatically cast under vacuum with thin insulating tapes. The core is made of high-permeability oriented silicon wafers and is cast with imported epoxy resin. Relying on advanced technology, high-quality raw materials, scientific management and perfect inspection methods, our products have the following characteristics: the coil is reinforced with glass fiber, and is cast with filled epoxy resin under vacuum. It has good mechanical properties, no cracks and internal bubbles, less partial discharge, high reliability and long service life. The high and low pressure system is cast under vacuum, so the coil will not absorb moisture, the iron core clamp has been treated with corrosion resistance, and may operate in high temperature or other harsh environments. Flame retardant, explosion-proof and no environmental pollution. The insulating material (such as glass fiber) in the coil will self-extinguish and will not produce toxic or harmful gases at high temperatures.
