Structural characteristics of epoxy resin dry-type transformer

1. The high and low voltage windings are all made of copper tape (foil);

2. The high and low voltage windings are all poured with epoxy resin and cured in vacuum to form a high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic body structure;

3. The high and low voltage windings are equipped with longitudinal ventilation ducts according to the heat dissipation requirements;

4. The inner and outer surfaces of the coil are reinforced by glass fiber mesh cloth;

5. There are F and H insulation grades;

6. The epoxy resin dry-type transformer is small in size and light in weight;

7. Strong flame retardant ability and high safety performance;

8. The iron core is made of silicon steel sheet, which has low loss and low noise.
