What standards should be met for measuring the water content in the insulation oil of oil immersed transformers?

According to GB50150-2016 Standard for Hand over Test of Electrical Equipment, 8.0.3 Test of insulating oil in oil immersed transformers and SF6 gas in SF6 gas insulated transformers, the measurement of water content in transformer oil in Article 3 shall comply with the following provisions:

1. When the voltage level is 110 (66) kV, the water content in the oil should not exceed 20mg/L;

2. When the voltage level is 220kV, the water content in the oil should not exceed 15mg/L;

3. When the voltage level is 330kV-750kV, the water content in the oil should not exceed 10mg/L;
