The principle of the overall zinc spraying process is to use arc spraying equipment to heat, melt, atomize, and spray two charged metal wires (such as zinc, aluminum, etc.) to form a anti-corrosion coating. The metal spraying layer is mechanically embedded and combined with micro metallurgy and base metal, which can achieve 30 years of maintenance free for the entire power prefabrication cabin.

The temperature should be around 15 ℃. If the temperature of the structural surface is below 0 ℃, the structural surface can be preheated first. Open the spray gun valve, adjust the acetylene pressure valve to 0.10-0.12Mpa, and add a small amount of oxygen for ignition. Before ignition, the mixture of air, oxygen, and acetylene must be removed. The air pressure should be between 0.50 and 0.60MPa, the oxygen pressure should be 0.12MPa, the acetylene pressure should be between 0.10 and 0.15MPa, and the spraying distance should be controlled between 100 and 120mm. Place the zinc wire into the spray gun and extend it 8mm beyond the nozzle, with a maximum length of 12mm. Wipe off zinc white and grease, use purified compressed air to push the zinc wire forward, and cause the molten part to form a mist spray onto the surface of the structure, forming a coating
