Operating requirements of high voltage switchgear:

(1) Operators should hold special post operation certificate (high pressure network entry certificate), and high pressure operation must be carried out by two people, one person to operate, one person to monitor.

(2) Operators must understand the status and work content of high voltage switch cabinet, familiar with the performance and operation method of the high voltage switch cabinet, to do a good job in the operation of safety organizational measures and safety technical measures, prohibit the switching operation when lightning;

(3) It is strictly prohibited to operate the high pressure ring network cabinet;

(4) Before operating SF6 switch cabinet, check whether the pressure gauge indicator of SF6 is in the normal range (no less than 5 atmospheres).

(5) The tools used must meet the safety standards, insulation gloves, insulation shoes, operating lever should be checked before operation, if there is moisture, fracture, damage, and insulation registration is lower than the voltage to operate, the operation is prohibited.
