Structural characteristics of high-voltage ring main unit switchgear

1. The high voltage ring main unit switchgear adopts a new type of ring network switch device. The main circuit switch adopts a multi-circuit common box structure. All electrical main circuits are enclosed in a stainless steel box and insulated with SF6 gas. It has the characteristics of small size, compact structure, powerful function, multi-circuit mode, simple installation, convenient operation, and maintenance-free.

2. The stainless steel thickness of the SF6 gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is 3.0mm. The air box has good sealing performance, and the annual leakage rate is less than 0.025%. Can guarantee no raise for 20 years. The switches and knife switches of the high-voltage ring body are equipped with wiring locks, which fully meet the requirements of "five preventions".

3. The pressure gauge and expansion valve of the SF6 gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear must always be installed in a box where the gas pressure can be checked, and a low-pressure alarm must be reserved.

4. The combination mode is flexible. The circuit breaker unit, load switch unit, non-closing direct unit, internal body unit, etc. can be combined arbitrarily in the air box.

5. The load switch adopts SF6 gas insulation and compressed air arc extinguishing device. The vacuum switch is a vacuum circuit breaker with built-in SF6 insulating gas.

6. The vacuum switch protection device is equipped with a microcomputer protection device with over-current and quick-break protection. It can sensitively detect faults, eliminate faulty lines, have measurement functions, and fault recording functions.
