Rules for safety maintenance of transformer and distribution equipment

Feb 08, 2022

1, all insulation, inspection tools, should be properly kept, strictly prohibited to use, should be regular inspection, calibration.

2, the site construction of high and low voltage equipment and lines, should be installed and set up in accordance with the construction design and related electrical safety technical regulations.

3. No load connection or power failure on the line, and no live operation.

4, someone electric shock, immediately cut off the power supply, first aid electric fire, should immediately cut off the power supply, use foam fire extinguisher or dry sand to extinguish 5, installation of high pressure switch, automatic air switch and other switch equipment with return spring, should be placed in the disconnect position switch.

6, a plurality of distribution box (plate) parallel installation, fingers shall not be placed on the joint of the two plates, nor touch the connection screw hole.

7. Pole should be bound and stuck when handled by trolley. When people lift, the action should be consistent, and the pole should not be too high from the ground.

8, artificial pole, the wood should be strong and intact, operation, cooperate with each other, force balance. Mechanical pole, two sides should be set slip rope. No one shall be in the pit when the pole is set up. After the foundation is tamped, the fork wood or drag rope can be removed.

9, before climbing the pole, the pole root should be tamped solid. When the rot depth on one side of the old wooden pole exceeds 1/8 of the diameter of the pole root, the old wooden pole can be mounted after passing through Canada.

10. The foot buckles should be adapted to the rod diameter. Use pedals with hooks up. The safety belt should be fastened in a safe and reliable place, with the buckle firmly fastened. It is not allowed to be fastened on the porcelain bottle or cross arm. Tools and materials shall be transferred by rope element, no up and down throwing.

11. The tightening line of the rod should be operated laterally, and the clamping bolt should be tightened, and the angled wire should be operated outside. No one should be on the rod when adjusting the cable.

12, tight wire wire or wire rope, should be able to withstand all the tension, and the connection with the wire, must be firm. When tightening the wire, no one should be under the wire. When tightening the wire in one direction, temporary pull wire should be set in the opposite direction.

13. The cable end on the cable tray should be firmly bound, the cable rack and jack should be set smoothly, and the cable tray should be slowly rotated to prevent rod removal or dumping. The cable should be set at the corner, and the nail on the wooden plate should be removed or bent. Stop wiring during a thunderstorm.

14. The metal shell of the pressure test device shall be grounded. Both ends of the tested equipment or cable, if not in the same place, the other end shall be guarded or locked. Check the instrument, wiring and so on, personnel scattered away, can boost.

15, electrical equipment or materials, non-impact test, boost or buck, should be carried out slowly. To suspend or test voltage for some reason, cut off the power supply first, discharge safely, and short-circuit the high-voltage side of the booster equipment to the ground

16. When debugging the electric side drive system and various switches of high and low voltage, the relevant switch handle should be removed or locked, and the label should be hung to prevent the wrong closing.

17. When measuring insulation resistance with shaking meter, anyone should be prevented from touching the line or equipment being measured. Discharge must be made after measuring guest or sensitive materials and equipment. Do not measure circuit insulation during a thunderstorm.

18. The current transformer is forbidden to open circuit, and the voltage transformer is forbidden to short-circuit and operate in boost mode.

19. When electrical materials or equipment need to discharge, they should wear insulation protective articles and discharge safely with insulation rods.

20. For on-site high-voltage transformer and distribution equipment, no matter whether it is live or not, a single person on duty is not allowed to exceed the barrier and engage in repair work.

21. Keep a safe distance between people and the live part when working in the high voltage live area.

22. In case of power failure in substation and distribution room and outside high-voltage parts and lines :(1) cut off the relevant power supply, and the operating handle should be locked or labeled. (2) Electrical inspection should wear insulation hand failure, according to the voltage level of the use of electroscope, in the equipment on both sides of each phase or each phase of the line respectively.(3) After the equipment or line is confirmed to be without power, the equipment or line shall be repaired for short circuit power connection. (4) The installation of grounding wire should be carried out by two people, first connected to the grounding end, then connected to the conductor end, the order of removal is opposite. Insulation and protective equipment should be worn when disassembling and connecting. (5) Multi-strand soft bare copper wire with a cross section of no less than 25mm2 and special wire clamp should be used for grounding and short circuit. Winding is strictly prohibited. (6) After the equipment or line is overhauled, the temporary short-circuit grounding wire can be removed only after the comprehensive check is correct.

23. When pulling or closing the high voltage switch with an insulating rod or transmission mechanism, wear insulating gloves. When operating outdoors in rainy days, in addition to wearing insulation and protective equipment, there should be a rain cover for the edge bar and someone should monitor it. It is forbidden to pull or close the switch with load.

The metal shell of electrical equipment must be grounded or connected to zero. The same equipment can do grounding and zero connection. The same power supply network shall not be grounded and connected to zero.

25, electrical equipment all fuse (jin) rated current should be compatible with its load capacity. Do not replace the fuse (piece) with other wire.

26. The general height of temporary lighting wires and lamps on the construction site at night should not be less than 2.5m. Explosion-proof lamps should be used in inflammable and explosive places.Lighting switch, lamp port, socket, etc., should be correctly connected to live line and neutral line.

27. Electrical lines crossing roads and the ground of the construction area shall be buried underground and marked. The electric circuit should not be wound on the steel bar and other metal components to prevent electricity leakage after the insulation layer is broken. Pipes should be sent in or other protective measures should be taken before they are buried on the road to prevent being rolled and damaged and accidents.

28, the site as much as possible with fixed illumination lamps and lanterns, portable lamps and lanterns is in addition to ensure good insulation, also should not have joint, also make corresponding fixed when using, should be on susceptible to personnel and materials, machines and equipment collision safety position, moves, line (cable) can't drag on metal, timely recovery of custody after using it.

29.Non-electricians are strictly prohibited from engaging in electrical work.
