Notes on the operation of the switchgear:

1. Before pushing the handcart circuit breaker into the cabinet, check whether the handcart circuit breaker is in the disconnected position, and check that the contacts are intact and not deformed, and there is no overheating and discoloration.

2. After pushing it into the experimental position, the cabinet door must be closed and locked before it can be shaken from the experimental position to the working position. Close the cabinet door to prevent accidental short circuit during operation, and the arc rushes out and directly hurts people.

3. After the handcart-type circuit breaker is pulled out of the cabinet, the cabinet door should be closed and locked immediately.

4. Improper operation can easily cause overheating and equipment failure. If you feel a change in resistance during operation, or when the resistance is large, stop the operation and find out the reason.

Notes when switchgear patrols:

1. When patrolling the switch cabinet, only visual inspection and through instruments and meters can be carried out. It is strictly forbidden to open the front and rear cabinet doors for infrared temperature measurement and inspection

2. The switchgear door in operation should be locked tightly and padlocked according to regulations.

Precautions for switchgear maintenance:

1. During the single-bay maintenance of the switchgear, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the busbar is in a live state. It is strictly forbidden to open the partition or screen guard to prevent touching the live part of the static contact.

2. When overhauling the handcart switch body of the switch cabinet, the handcart-type circuit breaker should be locked immediately after it is pulled out of the cabinet. It is strictly forbidden to work in the cabinet.

3. If you want to work in the switch cabinet, such as replacing the guide rails, shutters, etc., before opening the cabinet door, you should confirm that the equipment in the cabinet has indeed been powered off, and at the same time install an insulating baffle in front of the partition.
