1) First of all, you must wear protective equipment and use a high-voltage tester to confirm that the city's high-voltage power is normal.
2) Open the grounding knife lock. Remove the warning sign "No closing".
3) Check that the grounding indication is in the disconnected position.
4) Operate counterclockwise and pull off the grounding knife.

6) Open the switch lock.
7) Close the switch by counterclockwise operation, and then reverse the clockwise storage operation.
8) Check that the three indicator lights are on.
9) Lock the switch lock.
