Precautions for installation of low-voltage power distribution cabinet

1. The power distribution cabinet is installed in a vibration place and anti-vibration measures should be taken.
2. The connection between the cabinet body and the equipment in the cabinet and each component should be firm, and the main control cabinet, relay protection cabinet, automatic device cabinet, etc. should not be directly welded to the basic steel.
3. When installed alone or in a row, the verticality, levelness, and the allowable flatness of the cabinet surface unevenness and the indirect seam of the cabinet should be installed according to the construction requirements.
4. The terminal box should be installed firmly and well enclosed, and the installation position should be easy to check; when installing in rows, it should be arranged neatly.
5. The grounding of the cabinet should be firm and good. The openable cabinet door equipped with electrical appliances should be reliably connected to the grounded metal frame with a flexible wire.
6. The wiring in the cabinet is neat, clear and beautiful, and the conductors are well insulated and free from damage. The conductors of the cabinet should not have joints; each side of each terminal board has one wiring-generally one, no more than two.
7. The wiring in the cabinet should use copper core wire with a cross-section of not less than 1.5mm and a voltage of not less than 400V.
8. The wires laid in the cabinet meet the requirements of the installation specification, that is, the wires in the same direction are combined into a bundle, and the wires are arranged along the cabinet frame; the wires should be laid horizontally and vertically, and the turning point should be a right angle with a circular arc transition.
9. The rubber insulated core wire bow should be protected by an insulating tube when entering and exiting the cabinet.
10. After the power distribution cabinet is installed, the paint on the cabinet surface should be intact. If it is damaged, it should be painted again. The low-voltage power distribution cabinet is an important electrical equipment of the enterprise. After installation, it needs annual physical examination and maintenance to ensure the normal and safe operation of the low-voltage power distribution cabinet.
