Maintenance of box-type substation

(1) All components in the product are maintained in accordance with their respective technical requirements.

(2) If the selected transformer is of oil-immersed type, oil sample analysis and inspection shall be carried out at least once a year as required.

(3) For high-voltage switchgear in operation, after 20 times of opening and closing operations with load or 2000 times without load, the contact conditions and the degree of wear of the arc extinguishing device should be checked. If abnormalities are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time.

(4) After the low-voltage switchgear automatically trips, the cause of the trip should be checked and analyzed, and it can be put into operation after the queue fails.

(5) A preventive test of the arrester should be carried out every year before the arrival of the thunderstorm season.

(6) When overhauling high-voltage switchgear or overall maintenance, the incoming line power of the substation must be cut off first.
