Installation of switchgear

1. According to the needs of the project and the drawings, transport the switchgear to their specific location. If a long row of switchgear is arranged (more than 10), the assembly work should start from the middle part.

2. Use specific transportation tools such as cranes or forklifts, and it is strictly forbidden to use roller crowbars.

3. Pull out the circuit breaker trolley from the switch cabinet and put it in another place for safekeeping.

4. Loosen the fixing bolts in front of the busbar compartment and remove the vertical partition.

5. Loosen the fixing bolts of the horizontal partition under the circuit breaker compartment, and remove the horizontal partition.

6. Loosen and remove the bottom plate.

7. Remove the two cover plates from the control cable duct on the left side of the switch cabinet. At the same time, the front right control wire duct board is also removed.

8. Install the switchgear one by one on the basis, including both horizontal and vertical aspects, and the unevenness of the switchgear installation shall not exceed 2mm.
