1. When working on fully and partially charged disks, the maintenance equipment and working equipment should be clearly marked.
2. When drilling holes on the protection plate and other operations with high vibration, methods should be adopted to prevent the equipment from tripping during work.
3. The secondary windings of all current transformers and voltage transformers should have permanent and reliable grounding protection.
4. When working on the secondary circuit of a working current transformer, the high and low voltage switchgear manufacturers recommend the following safety methods:
1. Prevent disconnecting the current loop;
2. In order to reliably short-circuit the secondary coil of the current transformer, it is necessary to use short-circuit strips and short-circuit wires;
3. Prevent any operation on the loop and wire between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal;
4. Special personnel should be supervised during operation, use insulating materials to stand on the insulating mat, and must not disconnect the permanent grounding in the loop.
5. When working on the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer at work, the following safety methods should be adopted:
1. Severely prevent short circuit or grounding;
2. Insulation should be used, with insulation in the sleeve, and if necessary, disable the relevant relay protection device before operation;
3. When connecting a temporary load, it is necessary to install a dedicated switch and fuse;
4. In the electrical experiment around the secondary circuit, in order to prevent the reverse voltage transformation from the secondary side to the primary side, in addition to disconnecting the secondary circuit, the primary fuse should also be removed;
5. Before the secondary circuit is energized or withstand voltage test, the personnel on duty and related personnel should be notified and sent to guard the scene, check the circuit, and confirm that no one is working before pressurizing.
6. The manufacturers of high and low voltage switchgear check the power-off protection and the secondary circuit, and are not allowed to perform any switching operations without the permission of the attendant.
