2.2 Transformer maintenance

The instrument is mainly composed of charging cabinet and battery, so in the daily operation of the DC system, the staff must do a good job in the maintenance of the battery and charging cabinet, in order to improve the stability and reliability of the system operation. For example, in daily patrol work, for the operation and maintenance of high-frequency switching power supply rectifier, because the semiconductor of the charging cabinet is prone to overheating and overcurrent phenomenon, or the battery is loaded for a long time, resulting in the destruction of the original, or even burn. Therefore, the staff must strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the battery in strict accordance with the provisions, to prevent the battery from increasing the number of charging at the same time, reduce the capacity of the battery. Periodically check the operating parameters of the output voltage and input voltage to ensure that the parameter values are within the limited range, so as not to affect the normal operation of the yellow battery if the voltage is too high or too low. 2.4 Power Capacitor maintenance

Power capacitors, as the basic power equipment in distribution system, can improve the power factor of distribution system and compensate the reactive power factor of the system. In the safety maintenance of power capacitor operation, the following work needs to be done: (1) appearance inspection. Once the outside of power capacitor changes, it is easy to lead to overheating of the joint, affecting the normal operation of the system. Therefore, the appearance of power capacitors must be regularly checked. If problems such as oil leakage and cracking are found during the inspection, corresponding measures should be taken to deal with them in time. (2) Check the voltage value. The staff need to use automatic switching device to check the change of the voltage value of the instrument, understand the rule of voltage value change, and do a good job of equipment conversion and switching, to avoid the phenomenon of compensation and reactive power back. (3) Check the current value. Check the current value of power capacitor regularly, once it is greater than the maximum rated current value (1.3 times of rated current value), it is necessary to adjust the operation parameters in time to control the current value within the rated range.


2.5 Maintenance of cable lines

For cable line maintenance, relevant departments must establish perfect the cable line inspection records, strengthen the cable line inspection tour, on a regular basis to monitor cable failure tube, insulation and metal line load situation, and through the cable of the preventive test cable running state, and take effective measures to deal with the cable line fault, to ensure that the cable line and stable operation.
